SUMMARY:9th EPF Summer School on "Dynamic and Reversible Polymer Networks"
DESCRIPTION:Dear colleagues\, \nStarting from 2003\, the European Polymer Federation has organized a series of EPF Summer Schools on hot topics of scientific and industrial interest\, aimed for PhD-students\, postdoctoral researchers\, academic researchers and industrial researchers. \nIn May 2019\, the 9th EPF Summer School topic will be “DYNAMIC AND REVERSIBLE POLYMER NETWORKS”. This summer school will be held at a wonderful place in the village Bertinoro\, close to Bologna and Florence (Firenze) in Italy on 20-24th May\, 2019 (starting after lunch on Monday). \nThe full program (also attached) and all details can be found on https://www.aim.it/epfschool2019\, covering the following 4 topics (speakers in brackets): \n\nFundamentals on thermosetting networks (Pascault\, Cassagnau\, Caillol)\nPrinciples of vitrimers and dynamic covalent networks (Leibler\, Bowman\, Williams\, Tournilhac\, Winne\, Rekondo)\nReversible networks (Sanyal\, Raquez\, Palmans)\nCharacterization of vitrimers and dynamic covalent networks (Montarnal\, Van Assche\, Storm\, Van Ruymbeke)\n\nWe can accommodate 100 participants (registration/accommodation booking already available).
