DESCRIPTION:La SFIP – Société Française des Ingénieurs des Plastiques – avec le soutien de Plastics Europe et Polymeris\, organise les 25 et 26 janvier 2023\, un congrès dédié aux polymères et à la sécurité incendie. Grâce à leurs multiples propriétés\, les polymères sont aujourd’hui très largement utilisés dans tous les domaines de la vie quotidienne et la sécurité incendie est une exigence essentielle. Elle nécessite le développement d’une stratégie correspondant à chaque secteur en prenant en compte les réglementations et les contraintes environnementales.

SUMMARY:Atelier de Prospective du GFP : De la bio-inspiration au biomimétisme
DESCRIPTION:Grâce aux techniques de caractérisation multi échelles\, aux progrès de la connaissance en biochimie\, biologie\, écologie\, Sciences de la Vie et de la Terre en général\, nous ne cessons d’observer et de découvrir la beauté fascinante\, la complexité et le génie de la Nature. Celle-ci est\, en effet\, une source inépuisable d’inspiration et de développement pour toutes les sciences et techniques ainsi que pour la conception et la réalisation des objets qui nous entourent. \nLa bio-inspiration est une approche générique et créative basée sur l’observation des systèmes biologiques. S’inspirer de la Nature permet de concevoir des voies de préparation\, des matériaux et des dispositifs innovants\, qui n’auraient pas pu voir le jour en suivant les approches conventionnelles de R&D.\nLa biomimétique\, synergie multidisciplinaire de la biologie et de la technologie\, est une forme de bio-inspiration\, qui va chercher à copier les systèmes naturels pour la résolution de problèmes pratiques. Le biomimétisme va au-delà et consiste à considérer les deux volets ci-dessus principalement dans une philosophie de développement durable\, environnemental et socioéconomique.

DESCRIPTION:Important societal issues require to solve problems of increasing complexity. A key vector of progress relies on multi-scale and multi-physics approaches. The objective of the winter school is to review the different approaches\, numerical and experimental techniques to tackle the complexity of today’s engineering problems. All the courses are illustrated through various up-to-date examples. Two days are devoted to practical laboratory work\, combining experiments and numerical modeling. The last day of the school is dedicated to a particular theme.
